Facebook/Meta Platform Data

Data Deletion Instructions

If you would like to delete your account and personal data associated with Ogivva, you can submit a request as follows:

1. Email support@ogivva.com with subject “Data Deletion Request”.
2. Include your full name and the email or phone number associated with your account.
3. We will verify your identity and complete the request within 30 days unless we are required to retain certain data by law.

Where supported, you may also request deletion in the app under Account Settings → Privacy → Delete Account.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Services after the update constitutes acceptance.
